Tristan Trémaux is a defense attorney, who works at Trémaux Law Office, his own law firm. He worked at Samsun & Co. Law Firm until Jack Samsun transferred ownership to Daniel Lancaster and Tristan decided to start his own business. He moved to Pink Top City, Palm Tree State from Argentville, Novelle Gaule. He took the state bar exam to practice law here and landed a position at Samsun & Co, Law Firm until he left.

Tristan never had an easy life. He and his eldest brother, Christian, were raised by his paternal grandparents, Gustave and Honorine after the house fire of 1972. Christian now has a wife and children whereas Tristan remains living with his grandparents.

Tristan was born in Clerteaux, Nouvelle Gaule and lived there until he was 8. When Tristan was a little boy, his mother, Charlotte, would beat his siblings, him, and his father, Victor. One night, their mother stabbed their father several times, doused herself in gasoline, and lit herself on fire, claiming the lives of his mother and Tristan’s older brother and sister. Victor survived but was in a coma for fifteen years and recently awoken from it. Otherwise, Tristan and Christian survived it with Tristan witnessing the whole attack, leaving him with recurrent nightmares, PTSD, and insomnia. The only thing to cure it was Headbanger’s Hellfire when it was hosted by Larry and Bobby.

He always strived for perfection and felt he could never measure up to Christian so he enrolled in the camp to take the serum and came out with cryokinesis.

Tristan aspired to be a lawyer because of the “guilty until proven innocent” system going on in the US today. He wants to help people and find the real culprit in these cases. However, he ended up helping adult filmmakers copyright their work and draw up contracts for their actors and actresses. Tristan loves helping people and wants to see the good in everyone unless they give him a good reason not to. ​

Tristan lives in his Grand French country estate with his paternal grandparents, his father, Ivy, and his tuxedo cat, Oliver, and tuxedo kitten, Francis. He occasionally sleeps at his partner's (Deimos Katsaros) house.
